Ingredients required to prepare Hesaru kaalu usli or Green Moong dal usli are: 1. Green Gram – 1 cup ( soaked for more than an hour ) 2. Oil – 2 spoons 3. Mustard seeds – half spoon 4. Urad dal – half spoon 5. Bengal Gram – half spoon 6. Green chilies – 4 7. Salt 8. Turmeric Powder – half spoon 9. Curry leaves 10. Coriander leaves 11. Grated coconut 12. Lemon juice as per taste 13.
