Ghee is a mandatory ingredient in my kitchen. I use it for so many dishes whether it is a veg recipe or a nonveg recipe. It has good fat and it is an essential element of our body. The proper intake is good for our health. I usually don’t buy market ghee because of the varying taste and the price which is a bit expensive.
